REMARK:

- Lobster Yacht reserves the right to change route or trip time due to weather conditions or any emergency cases.

- Travelers with the following conditions are not recommended for participation: pregnancy, hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy.

- We do not recommend our trips for citizens over the age of 65 years old or for ladies that are pregnant. With the risk aspects, Lobster Yacht will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur.

PROMOTION PRICE

Transfer Extra Charge:

-  ‘All tickets’, if request for ALL-ZONE Round-Trip Transfer Service (shared), this will incur additional 300 THB per person.

- Should the customer be late from the pick-up time stated, the company will not be liable for any extra cost incur.

- Should the customer miss the trip due to their late arrival to the pick-up point or not on time for registration, Lobster Yacht will not be held liable on such cases.

- In case of guest bring luggage/suitcase will incur extra charge of 300 THB per item, this is to be store in our storage and will not be allow onboard Lobster Yacht. This is to be informed when making the booking.

Special Request for Private Transfer

*Private Transfer Phuket area, up on request:

(Only your own group or family minivan)  (maximum for 6 – 10 preson.)

Cancellation due to bad weather

*We cannot guarantee the weather in advance. We will check with meteorological and marine department. If there is an announcement not to take the boat out to the sea because of the bad weather condition and boat company cannot not operate the trip, full refund will be issued. Hower, if it is just raining and do not have an announcement not to take the
boat out, we will not issue any refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1) Cancellations less than 24 hours before the trip date - no fee will be refund.

2) Cancellations less than 72 hours before the trip date - 50% of fee is refundable.

3) Cancellations more than 72 hours before the trip date - a full refund will be offered.

- No-show policy: For No-Show, we are entitled to keep the full amount of the ticket/package selected.

- Should the customer not be on time and be late to check-in, the company reserves the right to depart without the customers and shall not be entitled to provide any refund.
